CHECK-IN

Inventory – Detailed list of all the items in the house

Key Holding –Secure key holding services on a codified key holder (safe)

Ensure that the villa is properly cleaned and presented for arrivals

Ensure that all furniture is in place and all villa equipment is in working order
   
Close the villa after departure, switch off any heating and store all garden furniture

Switch on all heating, including pool heating, on request

REPAIRS & PRESERVATION

Supervision of maid service, gardener, pool cleaner (charged per hour) 

General weekly supervision of the property (more often during bad weather)

Seasonal Cleaning – yearly end of season deep clean, with special attention to: windows, glasses, floor, walls, furniture (inside and outside)

24 Hours Emergency maintenance service (charged per hour)

Organisation of small maintenance works (charged per hour)

Supervision of telephone or electricity connections or upgrades

DECORATION

Quotations for furnishings, painting, electric gates, audio visual

Assist with decoration, follow up any subject regarding the villa

Garden maintenance + Pool cleaning as per quote depending on size

Payment of bills related to the property and organization of accounts related with the property

Monthly Report – a clear and accurate report available online
